Job Description Job Description Description: TITLE: Front Line Team Members DATE REVISED: December 17, 2024 SUPERVISOR: Team Leader / Assistant Manager / General Manager POSITION SUMMARY: The Front Line Team Members will exceed Member and Guest expectations by providing quick and happy service to our customers and members. By working as a greeter, loader, or lot attendant, you will partner with Shiny Shell Carwash in providing a premium experience to every driver. GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Retain and create new Member/Guest relations Maintain the vacuum lot so every driver has a premium experience in the lot Load cars safely and efficiently onto the tunnel belt Understand and sell our wash products to every customer you meet, with an emphasis on pointing out the benefits of Wash Club Promote and sell new memberships and special offers Wipe down the exterior and interior of vehicles, including door jambs Communicate to the Manager any situation, problem or accident Clean facilities, equipment and bathrooms PREREQUISITES: Good customer service skills Ability to multitask Requirements:
