Job Description:

What You'll Do

  • Utilize the ATS to post, close, or cancel positions
  • Perform initial screening of applicants
  • Assist with resume review and forward resumes to appropriate personnel
  • Conduct reference checks and employee verifications
  • Assist with offer letters drafts
  • Coordinate the university talent interview process, including communicating with the candidate and hiring manager ensuring that both receive accurate and timely information
  • Arrange travel and lodging for select applicants as required
  • Post and update jobs on college career center websites
  • Maintain company profile with select colleges
  • Assist with tracking college students through the hiring process
  • Assist with career fair event planning, including shipping of materials, maintaining inventory and ordering career fair supplies, and arranging for catering if necessary
  • Organization of resumes received from events
  • Assist with the internship and externship programs, including compiling and organizing data and communicating with candidates
  • Assist with research projects
  • Other duties as assigned

    • High School diploma or GED
    • 6 months - 2 years of experience
