Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a top-notch home and school where

the resources to prepare almost 12,000 graduates to lead fulfilling

students!
MHS is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter who will be accountable for
developing, implementing, and evaluating results-driven sourcing
strategies to ensure MHS has the quantity and quality of staff
essential for student success and school growth. This position
focuses on sourcing for the houseparent position, which is
essential for student success. This is an onsite position in
Hershey, PA. This position pays between $55K to $72K annually, plus
an excellent benefits package. Pay is determined based on
experience. Responsibilities include:
--- Extensive sourcing, developing, and implementing the strategy
to ensure MHS has a sufficient candidate pool for hiring needs.
This includes networking, event participation, public speaking,
leveraging social media, advertising buys, collaborating with other
MHS staff as well as key partnership vendors, and more.
--- Assessing outcomes and refining outreach.
--- Leveraging technology to communicate with leads and track
candidate outcomes. Also innovates tactics as technology improves
and evolves.
--- Collaborates with other recruiters, vendors, and other staff in
Hershey to develop quarterly and annual plans, maintain analytics,
discuss refinements, and implement changes to continually improve
outcomes.
--- Frequent travel.
Qualifications:
--- Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, communications, or
other relevant degrees.
--- Three or more years of relevant experience - volume driven
recruitment roles, admissions, or sales.
--- Ability to travel, including a driver's license in good
standing.
--- Comfortable driving a large vehicle (a mobile recruitment
center).
--- Demonstrated success in achieving goals.
--- Exceptional interpersonal skills including the ability to
network, influence, collaborate and pro-actively communicate.
--- Exceptional communication skills including verbal, written and
platform.
--- Demonstrated skills in multi-tasking and organization.
--- Analytical skills for reporting.
--- Computer skills including Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel,
PowerPoint, HRIS/CRM, and social media.
--- Candidates should demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all
MHS staff are role models to students.
--- Candidates should be eager to actively engage with
students.
