Job DescriptionCACI is currently looking for outstanding IT candidates to join our TSA IT Management, Performance Analysis, and Collaborative Technologies (IMPACT) team in the National Capital Region (NCR) and throughout the United States. CACI will provide a variety of IT services through IMPACT including cyber security, identity and access management, risk management, cloud integration and engineering, field support services, service desk, application deployment and optimization, and operations center support services. -- CACI will support TSA in both classified and unclassified IT operational environments increasing availability and security for a variety of applications and systems. IMPACT services will integrate with the broader DHS mission and enhance existing Department-wide IT capabilities.What You---ll Get to Do:The ideal candidate for this role will be an independent worker, self-motivated, with strong organizational, verbal/written communication, and time management skills. The candidate for this position should have a strong background in VoIP phone technology, both on-premise based and cloud-based solutions. They should be able to implement VoIP systems into a customer---s existing network, discuss the configuration of the system with customers, and fully implement the phone system, including training the end users of how to use the system. The candidate should be comfortable working with telephone carrier service and implementing it into new and existing VoIP systems, including analog, ISDN PRI, and SIP service. The candidate should be comfortable with VoIP troubleshooting methods using tools such as Wireshark. The candidate should expect to be involved in engineering Unified Communications and WebEX projects as well as handling customer calls and incidents.More About the Role:Installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of the following:--- VoIP phones and phone systems--- Hosted Cloud based VoIP Service--- VoIP Gateways and peripheral devices--- Unified Communications systems--- Routers and switches--- Customer/End user training--- Providing both onsite and remote helpdesk support/service to customersYou---ll Bring These Qualifications:US Citizenship requiredAn active Entrance on Duty (EOD) is required to begin employment and must be maintained as a requirement of continued employmentBA/BS or equivalent experience and/or minimum 5 years related work experienceExperience of UC Products, (CUCM/CUC/CUBE/UCCX/Jabber/Webex Cloud/Microsoft Skype/Webex Teams)Knowledge of SIP and H.323 Protocols Elements--Experience of LAN/WAN Protocols (dot1q, dot1x, LACP, OSPF, BGP, STP, VDC, SDN, ARP, QoS, UDP, DHCP, DNS, SSL, TLS, Trunking & Port Channeling and VPN solutionsKnowledge of dial plan/routing and Call Center environments--Understanding of network topology, and confidence in working with network infrastructure, including routers, firewalls, managed switchesExperience working within a structured change management processExcellent analytical and communication skills--Must be available to participate in the on-call rotation and work occasional weekends and/or holidays as scheduledDetail orientedFlexible --- The environment is highly dynamic.
