Job Description:

SCO Information Technology/Help Desk Services This person will provide system administrative Information Technology (IT)/Help Desk support for the Special Communications Office (SCO). The specific tasks include: * Manage user accounts, accesses, and organizational file structure, * Perform media and data transfers, * Update SCO security group lists, and SCO folder/application accesses on NRO Management Information System (NMIS) and Unclassified Management Information System (UMIS), * Recommend group membership and folder/application access policies, * Conduct SCO practices consistent with updated NRO security policies and NRO File Plans, * Establish and monitor the SCO Help e-mail address to receive change requests, * Answer telephone calls to a dedicated (day-shift only) SCO Help telephone line, * Verify (as required) approvals from group POCs and folder/application POCs, * Secure group and folder/application updates through the current NRO process, * Verify updates to group accesses, * Perform regular spot audits against group memberships and folder/application accesses, * Remove departing or debriefed personnel from SCO groups and applications, * Provide system and application administration, database, and applications assistance to databases and for Share Point, * Provide cloud environment administration (credentials, directory, environment gateway, common cloud services), access, and provisioning, and Configure, maintain, and administer access to sea Share Point site The individual performing Share Point administration and share folder/application access functions are privileged users, and shall maintain Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II (e.g. Security+ and CE, SSCP, or GSEC) or higher certifications in accordance with ND 50-05 Information Assurance Workforce Enhancement Program (IAWEP). Job Requirements Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience. 2 - 6 years of directly related experience in IT Help Desk related support. TS/SCI w/CI Poly Security clearance required TSSCI CI Poly Travel
