Red River is currently seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager with the drive and determination to deliver successful IT support with exceptional Client satisfaction. This position will be dedicated to one of Red River's Enterprise clients, a nationwide real estate developer and builder with 550 employees, 30+ locations, and annual revenues over $1B. The Client's current environment consists of Google Workspace Enterprise, AWS EC2, private cloud, and Cisco CUCM. The right candidate will assist the customer and manage the migration of SSO applications from Google to Azure, assist with implementing, administering, and evolving Azure AD, Microsoft Intune, and 8x8 cloud-based phone system; migrating away from the private cloud and AWS; and managing/reporting/remediating reoccurring security audits and controls.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesClient advocate and day to day oversight of all Red River services provided to themEstablish and maintain a firm understanding of the Client's IT infrastructure and alignment to business needsMaintain routine performance reporting, meeting cadence and feedback loop with Client and Red River management including weekly, monthly, quarterly and as neededStaffing, accountability, and oversight of Red River dedicated resources including routine performance reviews based on their roles, responsibilities, performance metrics, Customer Satisfaction survey feedback and direct input from the ClientMaintain a technical 'Strategic Plan' including initiative identification, recommendations, prioritization, scoping and establishing next steps to move them forwardAssist Client with budgeting and forecasting of renewals and strategic initiativesEstablish and provide continuous improvement of Client service delivery processes, documentation and standard operation procedures (SOPs)Assist Client with Vendor and Asset ManagementConstantly assess Client sentiment and feedback to identify areas for focus and improvementPerform routine quality assurance investigations and reviewsChange management approver for IT infrastructure changesOther duties as assignedMinimum Experience5 years Client facing a combination of IT service delivery and project management and client relationship management experience2 years demonstrated leadership experience managing Client(s) and technical/engineering resources5 Years managing IT infrastructure and cloud serviceUnderstanding and troubleshooting of Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Server OS, Desktop OS, and common user application technologiesUnderstanding and troubleshooting of TCP/IP networking including firewall, switch and wireless technologiesAbility to build out a strategic plan and execute tactical goals and initiativesPassion for technology, teamwork, overcoming challenges and providing exceptional customer serviceProcess orientated with strong prioritization, problem-solving, diagnosis and troubleshooting skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skills with confidence in front of ClientsSelf-starter, organized, detail-oriented with the ability to motivate team members to deliver, provide ownership, take positive action and remain accountableEducation and CertificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceITIL Foundation certification requiredProject+, CAPM Certification(s) desiredAdditionally, an ideal candidate will possess:Managed Service Provider experience in a technical leadership roleExperience with tools such as AutoTask PSA, Kaseya RMM, LogicMonitor NMM, and the ServiceNOW platformPrevious Hands-on technical engineering experienceStrong consulting and communication skillsConfidence and experience in front of clientsStrong ability to work in a team-based environmentAbility to be a self-starter and possess good time management skillsBenefitsHealth, Dental, Vision insurance401k MatchBasic Life/ADShort and long-term disabilityEmployee Referral ProgramPaid Time OffVoluntary BenefitsRed River is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex,national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Candidates for the job should possess excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to efficiently multi-task.
