One. We're looking for a teammate to manage delivery needs across
the Benefits team, with a focus on Benefit Operations. In the Agile
Delivery Lead role, you'll ensure your teams' delivery success by
leveraging the appropriate Agile methodology (Scrum/Kanban/etc.) to
enable predictable, quality delivery while maintaining a focus on
the continuous improvement of the team. The ADL will facilitate
team productivity by removing impediments that may obstruct the
pursuit of the team's goals and by preserving flexibility and
ability to rapidly respond to changes on the team. In this role,
the ADL needs to be able to bridge the gap between teams with
higher levels of Agile maturity and those with little to no Agile
experience, supporting both ends of the spectrum, while delivering
efforts with a defined deliverable date. General Responsibilities:
Delivery Ensures team(s) maintains focus on quality and continuous
delivery Manages with an Agile focus, and a set delivery date
Serves as ADL for Benefit Operations Provide ADL support for
Benefits initiatives and priorities Help drive team ceremonies
Helps team build decks to influence key stakeholders in the work we
drive Understands Benefits, architecture and upstream/downstream
dependencies Demonstrates ability to balance data with other
factors when making decisions Provides visibility into delivery
targets, commitments and progress Be well managed - understand and
coach the team on delivery controls/compliance to minimize
operational/reputational risk Proactively identifies impediments
and appropriately resolves using network of peers and formal
channels (including escalation if required) Coaching Integrates
Agile & Lean principles into team practices and work products
Coaches Product Owner/team on backlog refinement and prioritization
Utilizes team feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.)
to identify areas of opportunity and works with team to
continuously improve Innovates with practices and frameworks
through experimentation to improve the team and their delivery
Coaches the team to improve collaboration and self-organization
Developing ability to act as an Agile mentor/coach to other Scrum
Masters or any Agile role Agile & Technical Learning: Actively
seeks and participates in a variety of learning opportunities such
as Communities of Practice, conferences, classroom training and
independent study to further develop self and community Basic
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or military experience At least 2
Years of Agile experience At least 2 years of delivery experience,
with a project management focus (not Agile) Preferred
Qualifications: 3 Years of Agile experience Experience as part of
an agile team Scrum Alliance CSM or CSP certification or PMI's
Agile Certified Professional (ACP) PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma
certification SAFe certified or experience (or other scaled agile
