Responsibilities:
The Sponsor provides technical guidance on use of various technologies; enhances the posture and usability/applicability; provides critical guidance on infrastructure, networks and supply chain issues; conducts systems testing and evaluation, and delivers technical support to investigations and insider threat issues. The Customer leverages technology, combined with subject matter expertise, to conduct these activities in support of the overall organization as well as Intelligence Community partners and stakeholders. -The Electrical Engineer should be able to plan, implement, test, and document electronic circuit board analysis on total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products. This includes evaluating, testing, and reverse engineering electronic circuit boards. -Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Validate printed circuit boards (PCBs) containing analog circuits, digital circuits, data converters, Radio Frequency (RF) amplifiers, power supplies, microcontrollers, FieldProgrammable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), and high speed transmission Perform detailed design activities - including schematic capture, design analysis, prototype tests, and design reviews.Perform functional tests and design verification Work with a cross-disciplinary team (mechanical, digital design, software, operations) on system level design analysis.Author reports for each project that are complete, accurate, and require minimal re-All personnel coming into the department undergo an additional security

Qualifications:
Required skillsActive TS/SCI w/PolyBachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering with 10-12 years' related experience (or MS 8-10, Phd 5-7) OR demonstrated equivalent seven years or more of engineering experience with standard electronics lab equipment (digital oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal generators, memory device programmers/readers, RF spectrum analyzers, protocol analyzers (l2C, SPI, USB, multimeters, etc.)Be a self-starter with leadership capabilities and execution of roles and responsibilities with little to no supervision.Require minimal oversight to complete tasks in a timely mannerClearly communicate verbally and in writing technical analysis in briefing and in report formative years of hands-on experience with In Circuit Emulators (MDK-ARM, Motorola/Freescale, etc.) and On-Chip Debugging (JTAG, UART, etc.)Demonstrated experience working with various hardware and instruction set architectures (Intel x86 and x64, ARM-7/9/11, etc.)Experience working with commercial businesses and the R Community to investigate current and new technologies for conducting security assessments of IT Demonstrated experience with Microsoft suite of office productivity software andComputer Aided Design (CAD) and Schematic Capture Software (SCS) (PADS, EAGLE, CADENCE, etc.)The ability to think logically and learn A passion for learning new things and solving Desired skills:Background with Cellular Systems Engineering and emerging cellular/wireless technologies.Knowledgeable of industry standards, specifications, supported profiles, and device classes for RF communications.
