Job SummaryEnterprise Information Services is responsible for
Aerospace's classified and unclassified enterprise IT
environment.As enterprise Systems Administrator you will oversee
the corporate server infrastructure that supports some of the
company's most critical business services. You will join a company
that develops cutting edge solutions for our nation's most complex
space enterprise and mission assurance challenges.You will become
part of theComputational ServicesDepartment, which is responsible
for the development and sustainment of server and storage
infrastructure for the Aerospace Corporation.Work Model Onsite -
Chantilly, VAWhat You'll Be Doing
- Deploy, sustain, and tuneenterprise Microsoft Windows and Linux
servers
- Support and apply best practices for critical enterprise
infrastructure systems
- Liaisonwithcustomers in pursuit of continuous service
improvement
- Ensure theoverall health, performance, and capacity of critical
enterprise infrastructure services
- Sustain automation processes to improve service operability and
reduce Mean Time to Repair
- Harden, scan and remediate infrastructure to ensure compliance
with NIST security best practices including the application of DISA
STIGs where appropriate.
- Provide enterprise Windows and Linux server troubleshooting,
tier 1 and 2 supportWhat You Need to be SuccessfulMinimum
Requirements for Level II:
- Current Top-Secret clearance
- Current Security+ or CISSP certification or equivalent
(required for classified environments)
- 2-year applicable experience in applicable technologies.
- Knowledge of MS Windows and/or Linuxserver infrastructure.
- Familiarity with security patching tools such as MS SCCM/MECM,
Ivanti or IBM BigFix
- Knowledge of server virtualization on platforms such as VMWare
or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with enterprise class hardware such as rack-mounted
or blade server chassis
- This position requirestheability to obtain and maintain a
Secret securityclearance, which is issued by the US government. U.S
citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
- This position will require a Counter-Intelligence
PolygraphMinimum Requirements for Level III:
- Current Top-Secret clearance

- MCSA: Windows Server 2016 or Windows Server 2019

skill
- Knowledge of high availabilitycluster server to include
maintenance, security, availability, disaster recovery, performance
analysis, and tuning.
- Familiarity with Cisco UCS How You Can Stand OutIt would be
impressive if you have one or more of these:
- Current TS/SCI clearance with SSBI and CI polygraph
- Bachelor's degreefrom an accredited programin Computer Science
or Information Systems or Technologyor equivalent experience
- Experience with automation and orchestration using tools such
as Ansible, Jenkins or SCCM
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Puppet,
PowerShell DSC or SCCM
- Experience with Cisco UCS domains including Fabric
