Job Description:
Responsibilities:The SI provides executive administrative
support, objective advice, expertise and specialized skills in
support of programs and the government officials overseeing them.
Primarily concerned with the strategy, management and operations of
the program. Prepares and updates operating plans, financials and
budgets; coordinates with managers, contractors, departments and
government agencies as required. Prepares briefings and reviews
package for government officials.The position supports customer
programs, projects and requirements. The SI interacts on a
continual basis with customer management to provide updates, draft
technical reports, coordinate official correspondence, and develop
presentations. The SI shall interact and integrate with other
contractors and customer personnel, promoting and maintaining
positive relationships.Responsibilities include, but are not
limited to, the following: - Assist in preparation of management
plans and reports; design and/or modify comprehensive briefing
packages. - Facilitate meetings and information sessions with
stakeholders and/or developers. - Manage project
workspace-including posting projects-specific documentation. -
Assist in the identification and tracking of action items; tracking
and monitoring of ongoing projects and initiatives, coordination of
project schedule(s) and capturing meeting minutes. - Assist the
customer with assessing, documenting, and tracking program
requirements and follow-on Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs). -
Coordinate with teams, as applicable, to address roadblocks and
deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant
course of action. - Local travel for meetings to discuss
initiatives, projects, etc. with development teams, stakeholders,
etc. - Support program management in the tracking, analysis and
reporting of stakeholder projects/programs. - Perform project
progress monitoring to identify critical activities. Monitor
potential scheduling constraints and issues related to multiple
dependencies. - Develop and maintain summary level schedule reports
to be provided to Program Management. - Facilitate and participate
in periodic schedule reviews; create bi-weekly, monthly and
quarterly reports for internal and external oversight boards in
conjunction with the Acquisition SI the Requirements Project
Manager.Qualifications:BS 10-12, MS 8-10, Phd 5-7Qualifications: -
Demonstrated experience in use of MS Project, Excel and Office. -
Proven ability to multi-task and work independently; self-starter.
- Demonstrated experience to interact with customers, external
stakeholders and program managers in a highly matrixed environment.
Experience engaging with internal and external stakeholders. -
Strong interpersonal and empathy skills. - Organizational,
collaboration, and interpersonal skills to effectively complete
tasks - Demonstrated on-the-job experience, exhibiting oral and
written communication skills to include giving
briefings/presentations, planning and facilitating meetings and
providing support for technical documentation. - Working knowledge
of configuration management and systems engineering principles. -
Demonstrated experience working in a fast pace environment in a
very Agile way. - Possess a working knowledge of available computer
software package like Microsoft Office and SharePoint, and any
other technology tools that ensures efficient work processes. -

Range: Salary Minimum: $72,500 Salary Mid: $145,000 Salary Maximum:
$181,300 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range
for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total
compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include
annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and
