5i Cloud Solutions is seeking a Cyber Systems Administrator to join our highly skilled team of results driven and customer focused masterminds. Your daily opportunities: --- Schedule: 2 nightshift positions from 6:30pm - 6:30am and 1 dayshift from 6:30am - 6:3pm (hours NOT negotiable) --- Familiar with Splunk --- Familiar with Solar Winds --- Excellent customer service skills --- Good technical writing skills --- Don't have to be experts in any particular area (junior to mid-level) --- Build solutions and maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with Cyber Systems Engineers and Cyber Security teams. --- Make recommendations and act on improving user experience and enterprise system administration. --- Be the driving factor for technical solutions from initial testing to implementation. --- Partner with users and stakeholders. --- Other opportunities may include maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software, and allocating mass storage space.
