Job Description:

Provide OA&M of the ServiceNow platforms hosted on C2E-AWS cloud infrastructure. Provide OA&M of the Development, Test, and Production ServiceNow instances. Design and develop new capabilities on ServiceNow platform based on Sponsor requirements. Create and configure notifications, UI pages, UI macros, UI Policies, and maintain ACLs in the ServiceNow platforms. Implement changes to current ServiceNow architecture based on Sponsor requirements. Maintain and analyze ServiceNow database in cloud infrastructure. Provide configuration management of the Sponsor's ServiceNow platforms. Assist Sponsor stakeholders with defining user requirements. Provide Agile Software Development methods to manage OA&M tasks of the ServiceNow platforms. Maintain ICD 503 compliance for the ServiceNow platforms. Support requirements reviews to ensure a quality testing environment is maintained and identify enhancements for new and modified capabilities. Assist the Sponsor in risk management of the ServiceNow platforms. Provide applications development and programming support to develop software to integrate with the Sponsor's ServiceNow platforms. Utilize existing Sponsor enterprise services to enhance the performance of the ServiceNow platforms. Triage Critical Security Vulnerabilities within 14 days for the ServiceNow platforms. Complete outage recovery procedures within 24 hours for the ServiceNow platforms. Maintain validated automated backups of the ServiceNow platform databases. Conduct performance monitoring of the ServiceNow platforms. Provide appropriate documentation and artifacts to maintain system accreditation.
