Job Description:

We are currently seeking an IT Agile Project Manager for a full-time, permanent position located in Leesburg, VA. - This is a hybrid role working in Leesburg, VA 2 days per week. - Per client restrictions, candidates must be US Citizens and able to obtain a public trust clearance. Candidates -must be PMP and CSM certified with proven expertise managing multiple IT projects and programs within the Federal government. Some of the responsibilities include:

• Managing IT Federal programs/projects - involving financial processes, data integrity efforts, and controls
• Delivering complex ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday, or PeopleSoft) projects using Agile practices
• Providing support to core project management areas (i.e., IT governance, quality assurance, or SDLC), project management software/tools, and ERP applications such as Oracle Financials
• Providing day-to-day management of the project including resources, costs, scope, and time
• Ensuring highest customer satisfaction while managing costs and profitability
• Supporting business development efforts through proposals and developing value-added business cases Skills Required:
  • 8+ years of IT experience with a proven track record in supporting federal government -agencies
  • Must have PMP and CSM certifications
  • Must have financial and IT experience
  • Strong verbal and written communications, including developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking negotiation, and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities
  • Preparing and presenting complex materials
  • Must have an exceptional work ethic, work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines, use time productively, maximize efficiency and meet challenging work goals
  • Expertise in Agile, ServiceNow, and DevOps
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with an ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance
