We areseekinga highly motivatedAssociate Director, Diagnostics (Dx) Commercial Excellenceto join our Global Commercial Diagnostics team. In this pivotal role,youlllead commercial transformation initiatives that drive measurable improvements in commercial effectiveness, operational efficiency, and organizational capability for the Global Commercial Diagnostics team. As both strategic advisor and execution leader, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners across the Global Franchises, Global Medical Diagnostics, Scientific Affairs, Training, and Market Dx teams to implement data-driven commercial processes, deploy technology solutions, and build critical capabilities that evolve diagnostics commercial strategies, embed Dx go-to-market protocols, and elevate diagnostics excellence across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Dx Training & Capability Building Partner with OBU Training to design and implement comprehensive diagnostics learning curriculum for global and market teams Assess organizational capability gaps and develop training content,facilitateworkshops, and coach team members on procedures, new processes, and emerging capabilities Commercial Technology & Systems Excellence Serve as subject matter authority on commercial technology stack including CRM (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce), analytics platforms (Tableau, Power BI), and digital content management systems Partner with key collaborators tooptimizecommercial systems for diagnostics use-cases, and drive adoption and effectiveutilizationof commercial tools across global and market Dx teams Support implementation of AI-enabled commercial tools across the Global Oncology Diagnostics team to future-proof the organization Dx Commercial Excellence Strategy & Execution Partner with Global diagnostics functions and Market diagnostics teams toidentifycommercial diagnostics process improvement opportunities, develop data-driven recommendations, and implement scalable solutions that measurably enhance commercial effectiveness Design, document, and deploy standardized commercial processes, procedures, and innovative frameworks using process improvement methodologies (Lean, Agile, Design Thinking) Lead commercial diagnostics excellence projects from design through implementation, ensuring change management and partner adoption Stakeholder Management & Communication Build strong relationships with Legal, Compliance, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations, and IT to ensure alignment and governance Serve as communication agent todisseminateprocedures, tools, learning opportunities, and frameworks across Global and Market Dx teams Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree in business, life sciences, or related field 8 years increasing experience in the diagnostics, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/diagnostics industry including market dynamics, regulatory landscape, payer environment, and healthcare partner engagement Demonstrated experience implementing commercial excellence initiatives with measurable business outcomes (process improvement, capability building, technology adoption) Proficiencywith commercial technology platforms: CRM systems (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce) Business intelligence/analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners Proven ability to lead and influence with and without authority in complex matrix organizations Highly organized with experience running multiple priorities, ambiguity, and opposing demands in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with strong ownership mentality and bias for action Preferred Qualifications MBA and/or advanced degree in life sciences, business, or technical fields Oncology and/or companion diagnosticsexpertise Management consulting experience (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, Accenture, or similar) Process improvement certification (Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt) Experience inorganizationalchange and organizational transformation Experience leading cross-regional or global commercial initiatives Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines. But thatdoesntmeanwerenot flexible. We balance the expectation of being in the office while respecting individual flexibility. Join us in our unique and daring world. The annual base pay for this position ranges from $193,898 - $290,847 USD Annual. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
