highly skilled and experienced Senior SAP Business Intelligence
Specialist to join our team in support of a large?scale S/4HANA
Greenfield implementation for a public sector client. The ideal
candidate will possess a strong background in SAP S/4HANA and
Business Intelligence solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP
Datasphere, SAP Databricks, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, BW/4HANA,
and CFO Control Tower. This role combines strategic oversight with
hands?on business intelligence implementation for the program’s
enterprise-wide reporting solution. The Reporting Lead will oversee
a team of business intelligence and reporting professionals
responsible for the design, development, and deployment of the
program’s reporting platform. This position is located in one of
CGI Federal's offices in Fairfax, VA, Lebanon, VA, Lafayette, LA or
Knoxville, TN; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. You
will be required to work in a CGI Federal office two days per week.
Your future duties and responsibilities: • Develop an
enterprise?wide business intelligence and reporting strategy, and
provide oversight for the implementation of the reporting platform.
• Work with business users and end users to review, refine, and
translate business intelligence, data visualization, and dashboard
requirements into accurate, high?performing, and easy?to?understand
reporting outputs. • Design, develop, and implement reports and
dashboards for large data volumes using technologies such as
S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, Business Intelligence solutions in BTP
(SAP • Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere), BW/4HANA, and CFO Control
Tower. • Create high?level and low?level data product designs based
on business and technology requirements. • Conduct thorough unit
and performance testing on business intelligence reports and
dashboards. • Work directly with functional SMEs to conduct client
demonstrations of business intelligence reports and dashboards
based on defined requirements. • Configure and implement the
reporting platform and troubleshoot environment-related issues. •
Set expectations with the client regarding the scope of the
implementation. • Provide oversight to the reports development team
to ensure business intelligence reports and dashboards meet client
requirements and are delivered according to the established
schedule. • Provide additional support and guidance during
implementation, including developing training materials and other
supporting documentation. Required qualifications to be successful
in this role: • Due to the nature of the contract requirements,
U.S. citizenship and successful completion of a CGI background
check are required prior to beginning work. In addition, candidates
must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DHS EOD/Public Trust
clearance. • Minimum of 9 years of experience in business
intelligence and reporting development, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA
or similar ERP solutions. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Business, or a related
technical discipline. A master’s degree or relevant certification
(e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate) is a plus. • Proficiency
with technologies such as S/4HANA Embedded Analytics, Business
Intelligence solutions in BTP (SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP
Datasphere), BW/4HANA, and CFO Control Tower, including
installation, configuration, performance tuning, design,
development, and deployment. • Strong leadership and team
management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop team
members. • Strong analytical and problem?solving skills, with the
ability to diagnose and resolve complex reporting issues and
provide clear recommendations. • Strong written and verbal
communication skills, with the ability to present and discuss
strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes
rapport, influences others, and promotes understanding among both
technical and non?technical audiences. • Strong organizational
skills. • High attention to detail and accuracy in report output
and documentation. • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle
(SDLC) activities and Agile methodologies. Desired qualifications:
• SAP Certified Technology Associate or related SAP certification.
• Experience working on an Agile team. CGI is required by law in
some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the
compensation range for this role. The determination of this range
includes various factors not limited to skill set, level,
experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To
support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI
typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range
for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts
and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the
current range for this role in the U.S. is $100,800.00 -
