This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations.-- Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. Our contributions to our customer---s success is driving our growth.The ServiceNowSystem Administrator will be responsible for providing a full range of IT client/server support services to customer activities.-- You will demonstrate a strong understanding of:---Server and Client functions in Windows Server 2008R2/2012R2 and Windows 7/8.1/10 environments including Active Directory, DNS, GPO---s, PKI and Auditing.---Information Assurance in support of ICD-503 compliance as it relates to building client images for deployment, and Tier 1 --- 3 support.---RAIDs, SANs, SCSI, High Availability, Backup and Disaster Recovery.---Configuration, migration, and operations and maintenance of Windows applications such as WSUS, SCCM, Exchange, SharePoint, and Lync.---System monitoring tools, including Nexus, solarWinds, and BelManage.---Maintenance, repair, and upgrade of hardware and printers; Tier 4 vendor interface.---Research and procurement of hardware and software to meet customer needs.---Setup/configuration of network devices.---Superior customer service.---Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in a dynamic customer centric environment.---ServiceNow administration.---Ongoing management of the ServiceNow environment, including platform version upgrades and application releases without business impact.---System deficiency identification and solution recommendations.Security Clearance Requirement:Active/current TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:---Bachelor---s degree and 5-7 years of experience, or equivalent experience.---Security+CE certification.---Occasional travel.---Working knowledge of the security hardening process as it relates to ICD 503 and DCID 6/3 for server and client operating systems.---ServiceNow experience.Preferred Qualifications:---COMSEC experience.---Previous experience supporting the NRO is highly desired.---Experience with administration of VMWare is highly desired.---Experience with administration of Red Hat Linux 6.0-7.0 is highly preferred.---Experience testing web based applications --- both manual and automated.---Experience with functional, regression and load/performance testing.DegreesEquivalent Experience/EducationBachelor's DegreeYears of Experience11-13 years w/High School Diploma05-07 years w/Bachelors Degree02-04 years w/Masters Degree
