Engility is dedicated to making lives better, safer and more secure.Description:Engility is currently hiring a Systems Engineer to fill a critical position on the LANDMARK AOS program. LANDMARK AOS is a large SETA contract responsible for the complete end-to-end life cycle of the customer's Ground Enterprise. This larger organization is leading efforts to develop and deliver applications and services to the support the intelligence community and must coordinate and communicate the status of projects to mission partners and various oversight organizations. This critical position drafts, coordinates, and edits strategic communications products to maximize a broad understanding of directorate activities. Additionally, you will interact daily with senior government and Program staff to support a variety of high priority, high visibility activities. Products for which you will be responsible for include Weekly Activity Reports for the directorate, Congressional Notifications, Congressional Newsletter content, year in review summaries for all aspects of the directorate, Director messages to the workforce. Additionally responsibilities include serving as the Organizational Liaison to Public Affairs to identify collaboration opportunities, providing messaging and logistical support to multiple Directorate level meetings to include Organizational All Hands, Corporate Acquisition Boards, Corporate Mission Review Boards, Inter-Directorate Monthly exchanges and new employee briefings. You will work side-by-side with some of the other 200 LANDMARK AOS staff comprised of System Engineers, Acquisition Engineers and Domain Engineers to produce the necessary products and documentation. This position offers growth opportunities not only within the LANDMARK AOS program, but within Engility.Other responsibilities include:Draft, coordinate, and edit strategic communications products to maximize a broad understanding of directorate activities. Provide messaging and logistical support to multiple Front Office lead meetings to include Organizational All Hands, Corporate Acquisition Board, Corporate Mission Review Boards, Inter-Directorate Monthly exchanges and new employee briefings.Serve as Organizational Liaison to Public Affairs and identify collaboration opportunities.Qualifications:Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraphBachelor's degree with 1 to 3 years experience is strongly preferred; experience will be considered in lieu of degree1 to 3 years relevant experience in the Intelligence Community or Department of Defense Familiarity with systems engineering and acquisition disciplines and processesTeam player willing to work with senior technical engineers Self-starter with strong mission and customer-oriented focus (willingness to get the job done and support broader Team efforts)Strong oral and written communications to support interaction with government, SETA, FFRDC, external stakeholders, and development contractorsDemonstrated capability and success working in team environmentsStrong communications and coordination skills (written and oral)Proficiency with MS Office suite to include Project, Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint is needed to perform day-to-day tasksDesired Qualifications:Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multi-contract environmentEEO Statement:Engility Corporation is committed to hiring and retaining a diverse workforce.
