Description JOB DESCRIPTION: SAIC has an immediate opening for Software Innovation SETA Support Engineer to provide systems engineering and technical advisory services. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support the lab government team for a lab contract as the technical SETA reviewing software developers efforts and assessing technical effectiveness of their efforts
• Assist with the development and implementation of processes to speed the transition of lab- developed applications into the operational baseline.
• Identify, establish and track pilot projects for continuous operations
• Knowledgeable of development of new ideas in the labs and transition to operations
• Preferred experience with Mission Operations Directorate and lab operations
• Strong knowledge of GEOINT and SIGINT systems
• Good understanding of baseline collection and innovative collection approaches, and data processing/exploitation methods.
• Must be self-motivated with good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must have good collaborative skills to ensure communication amongst the labs **US Citizenship is required #ICAF Qualifications CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Technical Bachelor s degree with 14+ years; OR
    • Master s degree with 12 years of related systems engineering experience.
    • Knowledgeable about the Intelligence Community agencies.
    • Experience with the development and implementation of processes to speed the transition of software applications into the operational baseline in the context of a DevOps model.
    • Familiar with the C2S architecture.
    • Identify, establish and track pilot projects for continuous operations
    • Familiarity with Atlassian tool suite and application to software development efforts.
    • GEOINT/SIGINT experience
    • Familiarity Acquisition Office processes DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
      • 10+ years of experience with the NRO
