Perspecta is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories Responsibilities The successful candidate will work as a systems engineering and test lead to conduct readiness for system integration, test, evaluation and transition activities. GEOINT knowledge and previous verification and validation and test experience is necessary for this position. The person will work with a multi-contractor team and will be a test director for the customer. The successful candidate will provide leadership and perform role of test director supporting GEOINT customer program office. The candidate will develop and implements test and evaluation strategies, plans and methods to assure reliability of systems prior to launch. The candidate will coordinate all activities across a multi-contractor team. The candidate will reviews, evaluate and derives requirements for testability. Ensures systems and enterprise capabilities comply with requirements and standards through formal verification methods. Generates system requirement and enterprise capability verification approaches and customer acceptance criteria. Participates in reviews of systems and elements under development to ensure traceability of requirements compliance through verification and validation. Develops and directs preparation for and execution of comprehensive test & evaluation plans, procedures and schedules which verify and validate enterprise capabilities, system requirements, performance and operability. Coordinates system integration, test, evaluation and transition activities with other organizations. Conducts rc Implements testing processes and ensures all test activities follow those processes. Produces reports on each test activity and tracks test metrics. Performs analysis and evaluations of systems under test. Assesses performance using evaluation criteria. Performs analysis of test results and prepares comprehensive system evaluation reports and risk assessments. Evaluates discrepancy reports and performs integration regression testing to verify/validate incorporated fixes affecting systems and enterprise capabilities. Provides direct, interfacing support to the customer for system integration, test, evaluation and transition activities. Monitors for continual process improvement and lessons learned, and reports to management periodically. Support maintenance of Requirements Verification and Test Methodology document Qualifications Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD. Must have a current TS/SCI Clearance with Poly Previous testing and systems engineering experience Previous leadership experience desired GEOINT domain knowledge desired Demonstrated ability to create test plans and procedures Experience conducting verification and validation testing Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Visio) Experience interfacing with customers and multi-contractor teams Demonstrated self-starter Demonstrated problem-solver; able to coordinate well with other organizations Excellent oral and written communication skills-requires recurring preparation and presentations to customers Familiarity with Doors desired Bachelor's degree in engineering (aerospace, mechanical, electrical, computer), physics, imaging science, mathematics or similar technical discipline Options
