Attorney (2 Years) – Charlotte, NC / New York, NY / Washington, DC
Direct Counsel is seeking a Capital Markets Associate Attorney to
join a leading law firm and support its commercial mortgage
securitization practice . This junior to mid-level role is ideal
for an attorney with 2 years of experience in real estate lending
and/or capital markets who is looking to gain meaningful
client-facing experience in a collaborative, high-performing
environment. Key Responsibilities: Draft and review disclosure in
offering materials for commercial mortgage securitization
transactions Support capital markets and securitization
transactions, including commercial real estate finance matters
Interact directly with clients and internal teams to facilitate
transactions Gain exposure to commercial real estate lending and
securitization processes Qualifications: 2 years of experience in
real estate finance, lending, or capital markets Strong drafting,
analytical, and communication skills Ability to work independently
and collaboratively in a client-facing environment Admission to the
bar in any relevant jurisdiction preferred Compensation: The
anticipated annual base salary range is $235,000–$430,000 , with
actual salary determined by experience, qualifications, and
location.
