way. We never stop growing. The Opportunity We are seeking a
full-time Associate Immigration Attorney with removal defense
experience to join our team in Richmond, VA. This is an excellent
opportunity for a passionate attorney who thrives in a

meaningful impact in clients’ lives. Key Responsibilities Represent
clients in removal defense matters, including immigration court
hearings and appeals. Manage a varied immigration caseload,
including but not limited to asylum, cancellation of removal,
adjustment of status, waivers, and related relief. Conduct client
consultations and maintain regular, clear communication with
clients in both English and Spanish. Prepare legal briefs, motions,
and other filings with a high level of accuracy and
professionalism. Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys,
paralegals, and support staff to ensure the highest standard of
legal services. Participate in professional development
opportunities and contribute to the firm’s growth and culture.
Qualifications Active U.S. law license (any state). Fluent in
Spanish (required). Relevant experience in immigration, criminal
law, or appellate work, with a preference for litigation or trial
experience. Must be able to work in person at our Richmond, VA
office. Positive attitude, enthusiastic work ethic, and commitment
to client-centered advocacy. Compensation & Benefits Starting rate
at $110,000 annual salary , with potential for a higher offer based
on experience. Quarterly profit sharing. Health, vision, and dental
insurance – 100% employer-paid . 401(k) with 4% employer match
(eligible after 12 months of service). 5 weeks paid time off , plus
select paid federal holidays. 12 weeks paid parental leave . Bar
membership and CLEs covered. Free on-site parking. Relocation
assistance up to $5,000 , based on distance and expenses. Location
