Join Clean Harbors, a leader in environmental and industrial services, as a Regional Class A Roll Off Driver. This pivotal role supports our mission to keep North America safe and sustainable by transporting hazardous waste materials to disposal and processing facilities. You will be at the forefront of our operations, ensuring that materials are handled and transported safely, complying with all government and company regulations. Safely operate Class A Roll Off trucks and equipment over various terrains and conditions. Transport hazardous waste materials from generator sites to designated Clean Harbors facilities. Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections on vehicles and equipment to ensure safety and compliance. Prepare and maintain transport documents and logs in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Collaborate with dispatch and routing managers to improve route efficiencies and reduce wasted hauls. Participate in regular safety meetings and trainings to stay updated on industry practices and company protocols. Ensure the integrity of the cargo area and comply with security procedures. Address clients' queries and ensure high levels of service and satisfaction. Proficiency in operating Class A Roll Off vehicles and equipment. Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards. Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with regional routes. Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and securing equipment. Good communication and documentation skills. Medical Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record. Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) certification is preferred. Roll Off operation training and certification. DOT Medical Card.
