This position will serve as the senior technical member of a
dynamic systems engineering integration team supporting an R&D
- The candidate will lead GEOINT and SIGINT integration
initiatives for an R&D organization and contract on behalf of

transiton to Ops in a DevOps construct adn develop and deliver
agile test strategies, regression testing plans and metrics and
approaches for continuous integration/continuous delivery

architectures that promote interoperability with the current
architecture for the purpose of sharing data across
- The candidate will perfor investigations into potential new
capabilities to dermin viability for integration into the R&D
- Designs, develops, and implements test and evaluation
strategies, plans and methods to assure delivery of ground systems
meet system specifications and defined enterprise capabilities, and
integrates ground segment and system elements together so they work
as a whole.
- The candidate will perform acquisition system integration
tasks, to include regression testing, and provide deliverables in
support of integratin the products, processes, subsystems,
andcomponents of a systemThe candiate shall develop and deliver
assessment reports adn VV&T results
- Have the aptitude to assess processes and create efficiencies
continuously, and may lead projects for systems team work, have
frequent client interactions, and support system and mission
strategy development across the various ground offices.
- Have daily interaction with the developer and customer and
supporting contractors, and will need to follow integration
processes as to transition capabilities through the lifecycle.
- Requires 12 to 15 years with BS/BA or 10 to 13 years with MS/MA
or 7 to 9 years with Ph.D.
- More than 7 years experience with space/ground testing and
systems engineering, systems integration, Verification, Validation
and Transition (VV&T) activities.
- At least 3 years experience supporting agile automated and
focused test and devops verification strategies and integration of
new systems and initiatives in support of expanded mission
- Experience writing test strategies and plans, executing tests,
analyzing data and summarizing results.
Strongly Desired Skills:
- DevOps and system/software integration background
- Experience with commercial software integration techniques is
also highly desirable
- Technical familiarity with one or more GEOINT systems
- Technical familarity with one or more SIGINT High and Low
- Prior experience with GEOINT and/or SIGINT systems, and/or
mission operations is highly desired.
