Systems and Network Engineering, and Program Management services to
the Federal Government and its agencies.
BlueWater Federal Solutions has an exciting opening for a
Director, DoD Growth Initiatives with a focus on developing new
business with DoD customers with an emphasis on Defense Information
Systems Agency (DISA), DoD/USAF, and selected COCOMS.
You will develop and win targets in the following service areas;
Command and Control Mission Services, Enterprise IT/Cyber,
Applications Development and Management, and Logistics Services
that leverage BlueWater prime capabilities.
Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of business
development to include opportunity identification, strategic
capture, proposal operations, and strategy that leads to between
5-10 Prime proposals per year-as well as the generation of
qualified pipeline growth necessary to meet or exceed Bluewater’s
forecast and plan.
Plan and recommend BD/Capture and marketing strategies to
achieve maximum customer and market penetration and to drive
tactical and strategic growth.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
12+ years of leadership experience working in DoD professional
services running program capture, planning, and execution
Demonstrated success in leading and growing DoD professional
Understanding of DoD, DISA, and USAF
Ability to identify, establish and use important customer
relationships with senior level officials and program stakeholders
within the DoD
Ability to identify key growth areas and develop new business
aligned with the company's growth strategy
Knowledge of competitors and ability to model competitor
behaviors in the market
Must have a Top Secret clearance.
