Position Description
CGI Federal is seeking an experienced Project Manager for an exciting opportunity within our Intel Community.

Your future duties and responsibilities
Provides overall management support for the Task Order to ensure all projects move together toward meeting established goals and objectives. The PM accomplishes these goals by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions. This role achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards; resolving problems: completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Minimum bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or eight or more years of comparable work experience.
Desired skills include up to eight or more years of PM experience in the Intelligence Community as well as a security clearance status of Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) with a CI polygraph test, per Federal stipulation
Prefer candidates who are Project Management Professional (PMP) certified. Candidate must have excellent communication, teamwork, leadership and conflict management, and critical thinking skills.
