SAIC is seeking a - SIGINT Space to Ground Subject Matter Expert to work on the LANDMARK AOS program. This position provides requirements management support to manage end-to-end closure for the Government in the SIGINT Ground program Office. -The position will be located in Chantilly, VA . - All candidates must have an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph .

LANDMARK AOS is a large SETA contract, supporting the customer's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle.

This position will provide specialized engineering expertise supporting the acquisition analysis of SIGINT mission management software services. The qualified candidate will assist and advise Government managers responsible for the complete end-to-end life cycle of the customer's Ground Enterprise.

Responsibilities include:

Provide day-to-day collaboration with development contractors, other Government program office personnel, and Government Customers on primarily acquisition functions in the SIGINT domain

Provide oversight, monitoring development and integration activities, ensuring alignment with Government requirements and objectives

Analyze a wide variety of mission thread projects including, technical baseline, project schedules, dependencies, risks and cost

Advise Senior and Mid-Level managers on acquisition decisions to include investment strategies, portfolio priorities, and risk assessment of project execution

Provide technical and cost assessment of developer proposals, technical reports, design artifacts, and program plans

Derive system level requirements and work with the team to develop the corresponding documentation

Scope and link requirements for proper system definition.

Write systems engineering documents; follow and update templates for documents.

You will work side-by-side with the other LANDMARK AOS staff comprised of world class System Engineers, Acquisition Engineers and Domain Experts to lead the customer in acquiring modern processing applications.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI clearance

Bachelors degree in engineering, science, or related discipline and 9 -years total experience (or a MS degree + 7 -years)

Familiar with current and future SIGINT satellite and ground collection systems to include current and future capabilities

Proficient in knowledge of SIGINT systems to include command & control, collection, mission processing, and dissemination as well as associated compliance policies

Working knowledge of program acquisition

Experience drafting system engineering documentation

Experience managing program artifacts

Experience drafting system engineering documentation

Desired Qualifications:

Advanced STEM degree

Experience in engineering and/or acquisition of Intelligence Community (IC) and/or DoD spacecraft systems

Knowledge and experience with GED systems

Knowledge of IC and/or DoD acquisition roles, processes, and/or program management
