Job DescriptionDue to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high security and commercial facilities, is looking for full-time and part-time employees to perform cleaning and maintenance services for our clients throughout Northern Virginia.PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE OR HIGHERMinimum Requirements:

• An active Top Secret Security Clearance
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
• Able to consistently work scheduled days and hours

• Ability to understand oral and written instructions
• Willing to go above and beyond to support the team in exceeding our customers' expectationsJob duties include the following:
  • Disinfecting and sanitizing common areas and high-touch points
  • High and low dusting, scrubbing, and polishing
  • Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
  • Restocking supplies and inventory
  • Emptying and disposing of trash and recycling bins
  • Vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing floors
  • Cleaning and polishing furniture, fixtures, and elevators
  • Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrorsPhysical demands may include the following on a regular basis:
    • Walking and standing
    • Climbing
    • Bending forward
    • Wearing hip/backpack vacuum
    • Reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling
