Job Description:
**Title:**Talent Acquisition SpecialistKBR is seeking a Talent
Acquisition Specialist to support our fast-paced government
contract staffing efforts. Member must have a demonstrated
background in recruiting Intelligence personnel, who are cleared to
the TS/SCI level, in support of customers in the IC. Candidates
must have a passion to source and connect exceptional talent to the
best fit job, build relationships and work collaboratively, be
driven by metrics and results, and be able to identify and attract
specialized technical and intelligence focused talent.**Job
Responsibilities:**+ Source and attract talent through internal
resources and external job boards, social networking sites,
colleges/universities, and other appropriate sources+ Initiate
contact with potential qualified candidates using a variety of
methods to include cold-calling and face-to-face networking+
Pre-screen, qualify and present potential candidates against
position requirements+ Track and document candidate and requisition
status per the OFCCP guidelines using the Workday applicant
tracking system+ Working with recruiters to provide support around
candidate, hiring manager, and requisition management.+ Data entry
into applicant tracking system, Workday.+ Track and maintain
records on outreach activity.+ Assist with review resumes against
job postings.+ Required to manage multiple time sensitive tasks
with little guidance+ Ability to handle confidential information
appropriately+ Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including
Outlook, Excel, and Word; SharePoint skills are a
plus**Required:**+ Must have minimum of 4 years of experience
recruiting for Engineering and Technology related positions.+
Bachelor's degree with some experience supporting business
activities in an office setting.+ Experience scheduling meetings
through Outlook.+ Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.+
History of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and
demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance expectations+
Strong written and verbal communication skills.+ Strong
organizational skills.**Preferred:**+ Experience recruiting in SCI
and Special Programs environments+ Experience cold calling and
building relationships+ Experience in a recruiting environment with
an emphasis on exceptional client service.+ Experience managing
OFCCP, AAP, EEO and other related compliance requirements+
Experience with an applicant tracking system (Taleo and Workday are
preferred).+ Experience screening, identifying, and engaging with
college students+ Great communication and organization skills?+
Ability to obtain a security clearance.In compliance with the U.S.
