Compensation Specialist, SeniorKey Role:Leverage subject matter
expertise as a compensation consultant, including working as part
of a dynamic team of consultants performing quantitative and
qualitative compensation analyses to resolve a wide range of
compensation and data analytics challenges in a highly impactful
role within a client HR organization. Apply the compensation of
principles to develop predictive models and guide decision-makers
towards an optimal system and service design. Apply expertise in
quantitative and qualitative analyses, optimization, data
visualization, and processes and leverage analytical methodologies
and expertise to execute project tasks. Support information
management, report generation, data visualizations, and methodology
development. Participate in the verification and validation of
models and tools. Analyze trends and communicate results to the
project team that will assist with the decision-making
process.Basic Qualifications:-5+ years of experience with working
in a professional environment in a role, including using critical
thinking and analysis-Knowledge of federal human resources policies
and processes, including DCIPS compensation philosophy- Experience
supporting programs establishing pay policy and incentive guidance
for the organization-Ability to contribute to the development and
implementation of strategic and complex compensation plans that
align with evolving strategies and manage multiple initiatives
simultaneously-Ability to demonstrate advanced knowledge of
Microsoft Excel-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph-Bachelor's
degreeAdditional Qualifications:-Knowledge of regulatory
requirements, including DCAA and dealing with DCAA or any
regulatory body on compensation matters-Knowledge of executive
compensation programs-Knowledge of talent acquisition challenges in
specialist expertise areas, including technical, Cybersecurity, or
data science-Possession of excellent verbal and written
communication skills-Possession of excellent leadership, analysis,
and data gathering skills-Master's degree-CCP or GRP
