Job Description The Role Quest Insurance is seeking a licensed
Insurance Professional with proven experience to provide superior
client services as part of its fast-growing Personal Lines &
Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance book of business. The
ideal candidate will have discipline, drive, commitment and
specialization in P&C insurance. The P&C Account Lead has
accountability for growth and retention of Quests customer base to
ensure world-class levels of service; and supports both existing
clients, as well as new account set-up. Responsibilities The
prospective candidate will be responsible for supporting all areas
of P&C client servicing and delivery, including: Client
development and take initiative in generating marketing strategies
and sales ideas to help meet the agency production goals. Daily
account management including, issuing Certificates of Insurance,
regular account touch points and prepare accounts for review and
provide recommendations for upgrading. Maintain agency management
system; set up new prospects, E-file quotes, maintain account
files, check and update policy information Work closely with other
departments to cross sell and help promote the agency with existing
and future clients. Serve as liaison between insureds and insurance
companies. Maintain positive, productive relationships with the
carriers Keep informed of current and changing industry information
including: laws, trends, new products, and technological advances
Comply with insurance standards, regulations and practices General
P&C department administration activities. Qualifications
Bachelor---s Degree or equivalent Licensed in Property & Casualty
and 3 years of previous experience in insurance sales with an
emphasis on customer retention .A strong understanding of insurance
products and industries, with ability to translate those to
specific client requirements Excellent written and verbal
communication skills. Strong customer service skills and ability to
work with customers at all levels, as well as insurance carriers
and fellow associates. Effective time management skills and ability
to frequently change priorities to meet deadlines and workloads to
meet client demands. Detail-oriented and self-motivated and works
well independently with minimal hands-on supervision. High degree
of professionalism and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
of data. Computer proficiency, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
and Agency Management System (Vertfore), or similar as well as
ability to learn internal systems applications quickly Quest
