Subcontract Administrator, MidKey Role:Provide subcontract
administration support, including pre- and post-award subcontract
administration within an internal subcontracts team and maintain
responsibility for soliciting and administering subcontracts,
modifications, and task and delivery orders. Review prime
solicitation packages and draft and issue subcontract solicitation
packages to support prime proposal. Conduct price analysis
evaluation of subcontractor proposals and write subcontract price
analysis narratives for prime contract proposals. Make entries into
Booz Allen procurement systems, process task orders and
modifications, and serve as the primary interface between Booz
Allen Hamilton and subcontractors in the pre- and post-award phase.
Negotiate subcontract agreements, prepare small business
subcontracting plans on proposal efforts, and ensure appropriate
prime contract flow downs and firm or agency provisions are
incorporated into subcontract agreements. Maintain subcontract
files and ensure compliance with Contractor Purchasing System
Review (CPSR) requirements and the Booz Allen Procurement Policy
Manual. Work as part of a team and use effective communication in
daily interactions with internal and external clients. This
position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz
Allen office or client site and working remotely.Basic
Qualifications:
- Experience in procurement and subcontract administration with
contractors supporting federal contracts
- Experience with subcontract file documentation and CPSR
requirements
- Experience negotiating terms and conditions for subcontracts,
nondisclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and other contractual
agreements
- Experience supporting capture and proposal activities for
federal acquisitions
- Experience with various types of contracts, including FFP-LOE,
T&M, and various IDIQ types
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and
Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 8+ years of experience with procurement
or subcontracts administration, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years
of experience in procurement or subcontracts
administrationAdditional Qualifications:
- Experience with additional contract types, including FFP, CPFF
Term and LOE is preferred
- Experience with GSA schedules, GWACs and IDIQs vehicles is
preferred
- Experience with Small Business Subcontracting plans and
outreach programs
- Ability to display flexibility to perform as part of a
team
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal
and external clients
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, geographically
dispersed environment
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office programs
- Possession of excellent time management and organization
skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication

proposed salary range for this position is outlined below.Colorado:
$55,100 - $115,100 (annualized USD)New York (including New York
