Job Description:
Koniag Management Solutions is looking for an experience and
clearable ServiceNow Cloud Security Engineer. This position is
REMOTE and requires a current Secret security clearance. We offer

paid time off, and more. The ServiceNow Cloud Security Engineer
will support ServiceNow Cloud Team services by ensuring security is
planned and built into the modules/services used and applications
deployed. Detect vulnerabilities prior to deployment and work with
a team to identify and implement solutions to manage risk. As a
member of the security team, you assist the organization to address
other critical security program priorities. Responsibilities: Apply
your knowledge of ServiceNow to perform assessments of applications
built on the ServiceNow Platform and the implementation of new
modules and services in the platform before and after their move
into production. These assessments include review of design and
conformance with established cyber standards and best practices.
Skill and experience in using tools to identify cyber
vulnerabilities and risks and work with engineers and developers to
identify remediation solutions. You will work in a DevSecOps team
to prioritize risk response to detected vulnerabilities and track
mitigation implementation. Perform software auditing services to
discover, communicate, and recommend remediation activities for
software vulnerabilities Proactively research new attack vectors
that may affect ServiceNow Research security topics which are a
risk to ServiceNow Work closely with engineering teams as they
design new functionality and services to help them do that in
secure ways Work alongside engineering teams to remediate security
issues Knowledge of the different Modules in ServiceNow (I.e. CSM,
HR, ITBM, ITOM, ITSM, Security Operations, Software Asset
Management) Develop and expand on the existing cybersecurity
architecture Facilitate and manage security vulnerability
assessments and work with vulnerability security teams Use
dashboards to perform security monitoring. Perform monitoring and
review of security logs to detect suspicious activity, escalate
when necessary, and assist with incident response. Participate in
security architecture, design, and control implementation
documentation Consult as security subject matter expert with
product teams, engineers, and others on solutions to security
problems Minimum Qualifications: Secret security clearance. 1+ year
experience in ServiceNow Security 3+ years of professional
experience in cybersecurity System development experience in
technologies like Java, JavaScript, Angular JS, Python, Ruby, .Net
technologies is highly desired Experience in multi-cloud and hybrid
implementation with the use of ServiceNow Mid Servers Awareness of
security-related best programming practices/principles for the Now
platform Experience designing and executing cloud application
security evaluations Application security testing techniques, using
automated tools and manual testing Discovery of application
security weaknesses and writing recommendations for remediation and
prevention ITIL v4 certification Desired Skills, Experience, and
Certifications Experience with application vulnerability
assessment/ penetration testing is desired. Code review and
application development skills are a definite plus Hands-on
experience with SIEM tools Splunk or Microsoft Sentinel Hands-on
experience with Azure Security Center Hands-on experience
developing PowerShell or BASH code to integrate security tools or
automate processes Understanding, experience performing, or
experience implementing DevSecOps Knowledge of the SDLC and
experience working with development teams Understanding of web
application technologies and development processes ServiceNow
System Administrator Certification with an ability and desire to
become ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Working
Environment & Conditions: This position is primarily indoors,
consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of
mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk;
sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or
controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload
may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The
incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and
withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must
occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision
abilities required by the job include close vision, distance
vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust
