The National Systems Group serves as the technical advisor to the
Intelligence Community and its mission partners involved in the
collection and distribution of national and tactical intelligence,
including electronics programs, advanced technologies, ground and
communications, imagery programs, and systems engineering and
launch.We are looking for a Project Leader or Senior Project Leader
to support the Operations Integration Office establish an
interoperable sensor grid that enables multi-int tipping and cueing
between national, theater, and tactical sensors. You will apply
your experience and use Aerospace's engineers and lab capabilities
to assist the government customer mature its vision of the vital
architectures and implementation strategies.This position requires
100% on site work with the customer in Chantilly, VA.What You'll Be
Doing
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to perform technology
assessments, test & evaluate prototype sensors, and conduct studies
to assist the government office turn the concept of multi-int,
multi-domain collection orchestration into reality;
- Lead long-term projects and provide advice on technical matters
to enable sensor interoperability for multi-int, multi-domain
cooperative operations;
- Participate in routine program office functions with government
and SETA to implement joint DoD/IC higher-headquarters and
Governing Board strategies;
- Communicate frequently and strengthen relationships with senior
government officials and program office support team to coordinate
and report program progress, risks, issues, and results;
- Integrate common "machine language" sensor interface standards
across the DoD and IC to enable interoperability and multi-int
orchestration;
- Build, maintain, and drive collaborative relationships across
DoD and IC mission partners.
What You Need to be Successful Minimum Requirements for Project
Leader
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or
another technical field;
- At least 8 years of progressively more responsible
experience;
- Experience with military service or intelligence community
SIGINT collection systems;
- Experience with system integration;
- Willing to travel domestically to contractor locations and test
ranges approx. 15%;
- This position requires a current and active TS/SCI security
clearance and polygraph, which is issued by the US government. U.S
citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.In addition
to the above, Senior Project Leader requires the following
- 12 years of progressively more responsible experience;
- Knowledgeable of radio signal geolocation techniques and
geolocation systems;

more of these:
- Advanced degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or
another technical field;
- Desire to learn the GEOINT domain;
- Experience with Joint Interface Control Document 4.2
networks;
- Experience with the GEOINT mission area from the DoD
perspective
- Knowledge of All Domain Overhead Cooperative Operations, Joint
All Domain Command & Control, or Sensor to Shooter conceptsWays We
