Systems Engineer, SeniorKey Role:Design, test, and deploy architectures that include VMWare ESXi infrastructure, windows domains, and Linux servers. Develop and design documentation and conduct technical information system security testing in support of the appropriate security risk management processes using security assessment and technical testing efforts to identify and patch vulnerabilities to the systems being developed. Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications running on Windows and Linux server operating systems. Demonstrate knowledge of the fundamentals of datacenter design best practices, rackmount equipment installation and maintenance, cable management, network attached storage, direct attached storage, and storage protocols including NFS and iSCSI.Basic Qualifications:

• Experience installing and configuring windows domains and setting up virtual infrastructure leveraging VMWare ESXI
• Experience setting up and configuring Linux servers
• Experience building and configuring windows management services, including SCCM, WSUS, SQL, and Task Flows within SCCM or MDT
• Experience hardening Windows servers, Linux servers, and VMWare using Department of Defense (DoD) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
• Knowledge of PKI implementation, including X.509 certificates and certificate authorities
• Ability to accurately depict network diagrams using Microsoft Visio
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:
  • Experience working in coordination with the commercial mobile industry to assess mobile technologies for the U.S. government
  • Experience working in classified spaces to implement solutions
  • Experience implementing certificate-based encryption on network devices
  • Experience building out and configuring PKI or certificate authority solutions
  • Knowledge of CSfC Capability Packages (CPs)
  • Ability to independently initiate, manage, execute, and report tasks
  • Ability to communicate complex network principles and designs to clients

The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD).
