Cross Functional Project CoordinatorThe Opportunity:Are you searching for a position where you can use your program analysis skills to make a difference? That's why we need you, to help us ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.We have an opportunity for you to join our team as we develop new Department of Defense (DoD) capabilities by integrating prototype capabilities and technologies for specific work aligned to Cyber, Space, and special operations mission capability areas. You'll monitor cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects using tools and regular interactions with team members, industry partners, and clients. The real power of program analysis comes from communication, so you'll create status updates, risk analyses, critical path analyses, and make experience-based recommendations for improvement to program leadership. We focus on growing as a team, so you'll share your expertise with other analysts and leads through leadership and mentoring. • 5+ years of experience in a professional work environment managing all aspects of schedule, cost, quality, and risk
• Knowledge of DoD program and project management life cycle
• Ability to work in coordination with the Program Manager and Mission Capability Area Leads to lead Technical Direction Plans (TDPs), including project scoping, scheduling, design, implementation, and assessment to maximize cost savings and ensure consistency
• Ability to facilitate additional review of Technical Direction Letter (TDL) deliverables for quality, timeliness, accuracy, risk plan and mitigation
• Ability to provide cohesiveness and ensure Combatant Command objectives are achieved
• Ability to supervise and coordinate the master schedule across TDPs and measure and assess project status
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degreeNice If You Have:
  • Knowledge of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)
  • Ability to communicate with and engage stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics
  • Level II Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) in Program Management certification

The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD).
