**Responsibilities****Noblis ESI is seeking aTools and Software Integration Project Engineer with an ACTIVE Top Secret with SCI and Polygraph for their Chantilly, VA location:**Noblis ESI is seeking a Tools and Software Integration Project Engineer for their Chantilly location to:-Serve as program support to the government Program Manager (PM) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned groups and programs/projects-Advise the government on all technical aspects associated with all tools integration and management functions including 3 rd party software hosting, external interfaces, testing support, problem resolution, sustainment, network and data access-Create, deliver, and maintain Digital Engineering Environment processes and methods for acquiring and creating tools and software-Identify, assess, and incorporate interconnected and interoperable tools and software-Manage stakeholder needs and gaps, visualizations/dashboards, data catalog-Create, deliver, and maintain scripts and applications programming interfaces (APIs) to enable seamless process and data exchange and interoperability-Collaborate with Digital Engineering transformation team to integrate tools, applications, and software with MBSE-based processes-Assist in transitioning policy, standards, guidance, methods, dashboards, and training/mentoring of the digital engineering environment-Serve as technical expert in assigned functions and projects-Participate in IPT meetings and review process boards to include but not limited to ERBs, CCBs, and PMRs to ensure requirement satisfaction and schedule management-Support the PM in multiple areas which include program management, acquisition support, analytic support, technical analysis, user requirement management/development, architecture, and customer outreach and support-Other responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the Government leadership team; and internal mission partners, and other DoD/IC customer coordination**Qualifications**-Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics or Higher level degree.-Must possess an active TS/SCI security clearance with a Counter-Intelligence Polygraph-Experience in project management, systems engineering, or Information Technology in industry or DOD/IC-Experience in:--- network access, software and data integration, and test--- communications and integration of software, hardware, applications and tools, data bases, hardware, meta-models, visualization, dashboards, SharePoint, scripts, APIs, and related digital engineering environment capabilities--- performing capability, analysis and tradeoff studies--- demonstration of how tools, applications, and software enable digital engineering-Possess strong project management discipline in one or more of the following focus areas: tools, application, and software assessment and integration; and user and device access-Track and respond to office tasking, build and present program briefings, and update project schedules and calendars-Capable of achieving an OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP) certification-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and perform other duties as assigned-Possess excellent writing and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple customer requests simultaneously-Expected to seek and assume higher levels of technical responsibility, manage time effectively across more than one initiative, and apply sound technical judgment-Must be able to demonstrate excellent relationship building and management skills-Must be able to travelJunior-Level--- Bachelors degree in BSTEM--- 3 years' experience--- Background / knowledge in digital and systems engineering tools, meta-models, visualization, dashboards, SharePoint, scripts, and APIsMid-Level--- Bachelors degree in BSTEM--- 7 years' experience--- Background / knowledge in digital and systems engineering tools, meta-models, visualization, dashboards, SharePoint, scripts, and APIsSenior-Level--- Bachelors degree in BSTEM--- 12 years' experience--- Background / knowledge in digital and systems engineering tools, meta-models, visualization, dashboards, SharePoint, scripts, and APIs**Desired**-Master's in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics-Experience in systems engineering processes and tools (such as Rhapsody, SysML applications, Confluence, Jira, or JSMART)-Experience with modeling tools (Cameo or Rhapsody) and modeling frameworks (UAF, DoDAF, MODAF) and languages (SysML, UML, MOF)-Experience in information assurance and compliance to include working knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF)-Certified in one or more of the following: INCOSE (or DAWIA equivalent), OMG Certified Systems Modeling Professional (OCSMP), Agile, Project Management, MBSE, or IT-Advanced skills in writing, reviewing, and editing of technical reports, statements of work, white papers, and other technical and programmatic documents-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to summarize and brief senior level Government leaders, civilians, and military officers-Ability to build and present technical briefings and reports with specific knowledge of collaboration and analysis tools and information technology**Client Engagement** - Support and lead evolving business development efforts by applying technical and functional expertise to develop business solutions. - Lead proposal sections for small or limited competition proposals and actively participate in teaming strategy discussions**Overview****At Noblis we recognize and reward your contributions, provide you with growth opportunities, and support your total well-being.
