Job Description

This person will need a technical background with the ability to translate technological concepts into finished executive-level presentations providing a rapid turnaround capability for graphic art and multimedia presentation. They will develop NRO Director-level, high quality presentation graphics support for SED senior management briefings and multi-media presentations. This support spans SED tasks to include graphics support to the Corporate Secretariat. Products include but are not limited to: documents, graphics, charts, diagrams, maps, signage, award certificates, artist drawings, animation, visualization capabilities, and vignettes. In support of the Director, Deputy Director, Chief of Staff and SED offices, Tasks will include:

• Deliver and maintain expertise and artistic skills in support of the translation of technological concepts into finished executive-level briefings and the digitization of a variety of media (e.g. audio, video, and printed material).
• Create, deliver, and maintain a technically sound graphical representation of the NRO Architecture as described in the current Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB). Current multimedia application for this requirement is Flash Media.
• Maintain ancillary graphic supplies to support all graphic and multi-media requirements including software as approved by the Government.

  Required: Associates Degree in any focus
  
  Desired: Bachelor's (any focus and relevant certifications)
  
  Experience:
  
  • 5+ yrs of relative experience; Flash Media experience highly desired
  • NRO experience desired
  • IC Enterprise Technical Illustration experience desired

    Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.
    
    Physical Demands: This is largely a sedentary role mostly sitting; however, some filing maybe required. This would require the ability to move files, or boxes with file data, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary, ability to lift up to 40lbs.
    
    Mental Demands: Reading; communicate effectively (verbal and written); maintain emotional control and professionalism.
