Join us as the Retirement Plan Administrator for our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) at our award-winning, 100% employee-owned federal contracting company!As a Retirement Plan Administrator you will:Work with a team of driven, supportive and highly skilled professionals at one of the largest ESOP companies in the U.S.Receive a robust benefits package that includes, of course, Employee Stock Ownership Plan!Be able to work remotely from anywhere within the United StatesEnjoy flexibility managing your work hours and personal needs with a single accrual leave plan.A week in the life of a Retrirement Plan Administrator:Serve as the ESOP Internal Point of Contact and maintain high level of ESOP knowledgeCollect, organize, reconcile, and review detailed data for annual census (for approximately 2,000 active employees) and questionnairesCalculate/project detailed eligible compensation and prepare complicated ESOP contribution and allocation calculations; Review, validate, ensure accuracy, and approve detailed year-end data and reports from third-party administrator (TPA)Calculate distribution amounts for potential thousands of participants; Monitor distribution process; Coordinate stock/cash contributions and redemptions with all parties involved; maintain accurate ESOP transaction records and reportsProvide accurate cash projections to CFO/treasury; Provide written status reports to ESOP Administrative Committee and TrusteeCoordinate annual ESOP statement preparation process covering 3,500 to 4,000 participantsPrepare and review ESOP documents, including Distribution Policy, Summary Plan Description, and Plan AmendmentsPrepare/update/present ESOP training and educational informationDevelop complex repurchase obligation projections at least annuallyPrepare clear/concise projections, analyses, summaries, and recommendations for potential changes to policies and assumptionsFounded in 1975, AMERICAN SYSTEMS is one of the largest employee-owned companies in the United States. The salary range for this position is $80k - $130k. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
