• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in superintendent, multifamily, apartment, residential construction, and market rate
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, schedule, and manage resources effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues
