Job Description:

Innovate to solve the world's most important challengesThe Project Administrator supports the Honeywell Building Management Solutions operations for project and services team.Primary Responsibilities:--

  • Have an understanding of the construction industry and processing, coordinating, and execution of contracts and subcontracts
  • Understand contract requirements, execution, scopes of work, and terms and conditions
  • Utilize productivity tools including Windows programs, intranet workflows, SAP, Cora PPM. and NEX/CPQ to manage and track documentation and approvals, create purchase requisitions, monitor reports, process new vendor set ups, bid deviation requests, Avetta processes, etc.
  • Coordinate with project managers and other professionals in finance, supply, contracts and administration on project execution
  • Oversee the administrative responsibilities associated with contracts, subcontracts and customer required documentation--
  • Read, interpret, and/or create spreadsheets and other reports
  • Maintain independent work within an allocated time frame
  • Work in a virtual setting via telephone, Teams, One Drive, internet, and emailSecondary Responsibilities
    • Submit documentation into customer portals when required
    • Expedited payment requests
    • Manual check requests
    • Subcontractor payment inquiries
    • Material orders support--MUST HAVE
      • Previous administration or customer service experience
      • Some construction knowledge
      • GED/High School diplomaWE VALUE
        • Administrative Experience (3 years)
        • Knowledge of SAP--
        • SalesForce/Nex Experience
        • Time Management - able to meet tight deadlines
        • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
        • Support team members as back up for absencesAdditional Information
