employee care. Responsibilities The Strategic OPIR Outreach
Specialist is responsible for maintaining OPIR knowledge banks and
can work strategic communication packages with their government and
contractor teams. As the Strategic OPIR Outreach Specialist, your
responsibilities would include: Overhead Persistent Infra-Red
(OPIR) Subject Matter Expert Ability to organize/coordinate senior
level discussions and staffing of strategic level communication
correspondence Understanding of TCPED process and how OPIR is
reported Be familiar with IR Common Systems and Data Components to
include OPIR phenomenology, characteristics, designs, commanding
systems, and data processing architectures Understand current and
known future sensors but not limited to: Space Based Infrared
System (SBIRS) GEO, Defense Support Program (DSP), and awareness of
Next Gen GEO, Next Gen Polar, space Defense Agency/Missile Defense
Agency Hypersonic and Ballistic Tracking Space Sensor (HBTSS) Other
duties as assigned Qualifications & Physical Requirements Active
TS/SCI clearance with Poly CISSP cert for ISPO Bachelor's STEM
degree from an accredited institution Minimum 15 years of related
experience with systems security and integration efforts Experience
leading and coordinating efforts of systems security professionals
Experience managing under a rigorous Systems Security process in a
mission critical environment Must be an independent self-starter
with strong initiative Must have strong writing/reporting and
verbal communication skills Must be able to perform in a
high-pressure and fast-paced environment Must be flexible in a
constantly changing business landscape Ability to sit for prolonged
periods at a desk and working on a computer Desired Qualifications:
Advanced STEM degree Experience with IC and/or DoD Experience in
engineering and /or acquisition of IC and/or DoD Knowledge of IC
and/or DoD acquisition roles, processes, and/or program management
Demonstrated experience briefing senior leaders At Sciolex
