Network Operations Primary Responsibilities for Network Operations (NetOps): a(U) Have appropriate background knowledge of ICD 503 Security RMF Frameworkb(U) Create, publish, support implementation, utilize and enforce a Network Support Services (NSS) Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) that outlines MID policies and procedures for network operations and maintenance, and establishes a common view of methods used to support the customer's environmentc(U) Monitor and respond to customer requests received via the NSS central telephone number and the NSS Trouble Ticket Request Formd(U) Manage all MID networks and dedicated network structures located within MID lab environments and facilities, including the following: generation of standard Operating System baseline configurations; maintenance of network diagrams for all MID operational networks; evaluation of existing architectures in conjunction with emerging technologies and recommendations of improved architectures and workstation solutionse(U) Have experience and be proficient in managing networks in a cloud environment to include the operation, configuration, and management of cloud environmentsf(U) Provide effective and efficient Systems Administration support for all MID networks and laboratory environments, to include: proficiency in configuring and managing servers as domain controllers, file servers and email servers, proficiency in desktop management, configuration and support, establishing and maintaining preventative maintenance schedules; managing MID network email services; creating user accounts and performing system hardware and software diagnosticsg(U) Ensure all security relevant policies are enforced and system updates are performed as requiredh(U) Ensure network supported domain services are properly accredited and maintained per security policyBasic Qualifications: --- Same as listed above --- Desired Education: Bachelor's Degree --- Desired Experience in Functional Discipline (Network Support Services): 4 Years --- Desired NRO Experience (or IC Equivalent): N/A Preferred Qualifications and Certifications: --- Security + --- Windows --- Linux --- Computer Network Security or Equivalent Security Clearance Requirements: --- TS/SCI w/CI Poly Physical Requirements: --- Ability to perform routine office work sitting at a desk and using basic office equipmentTENICA and Associates is a provider of government services and consulting solutions in the areas of national defense, homeland and cyber securityTENICA provides knowledgeable and experienced subject matter experts to perform a variety of professional services, logistics and supply chain management, crisis prevention and response, and information technology solutions to solve dynamic security challengesFounded in 2008 and based in Chantilly, Virginia, TENICA is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned, Woman Owned, Small Business (SDVOB and WOSB) and is a participant in the Small Business Administration's 8(a) business development programwww.TENICA-GS.com TENICA is an Equal Opportunity EmployerAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
