Job Description We are looking for experienced System Architects
to join our technology-based program supporting a key government
customers. This program will deliver engineering services for
network infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise
computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center
hosted servers, multi-Cloud services as well as virtualized
applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering
services include modern application technology including
containerized solutions with orchestrated workflow that function
both on customer premise, and via remote Cloud services. Network
infrastructure engineering services are comprised of core
infrastructure, voice and video engineering, field engineering,
application management and development for networks, network
analytics, firewalls, network access controls and bandwidth service
delivery. This is a fast paced, challenging, and rewarding
experience in which you are able to provide solutions on one of the
most complex and high profile programs within this
community.ABCRequired Education, Experience, & Skills We are
looking for an experienced Systems Architect to join our program
supporting a key government customer in a fast paced, challenging,
and career rewarding experience. This program delivers cloud-based
engineering services with modern technology solutions. As a
mission-focused Architect, you will be expected to:Recognize the
issue(s), identify the facts, define additional data that would be
helpful, make assumptions as necessary, determine alternative
approaches, evaluate alternatives, make recommendations, alter
assumptions and rework solutions, and reflect on lessons learned.We
are actively seeking to fill multiple positions within this job
category representing a range of experience levels starting with a
minimum of 16 years' experience, and a range of skill levels from
basic to advanced. Bachelor's or Master's Degree are preferred in
one or more of the disciplines described below where specific
skills may include the following...
- Must have significant experience with Python, Java, Automation
and Systems Design
- Deep understanding/experience in Cloud technologies (AWS,
Azure, Google, IBM, Oracle) enabling you to design solutions
answering the complex needs for multifaceted applications and IT
systems
- Ability to provide strategic direction, roadmap and
standard
- Creating and maintaining architecture design and standards
within the models
- Ability to develop high-level system specifications
- Ability to provide Systems Engineering Lifecycle (SELC)
support
- Ability to collaborate with Engineers regarding design
solutions
- Evaluate current and emerging technologies identifying solution
impact
- Ability to work independently, and possess an aptitude for
getting things done
- Develop future technology and architectural advancements to
support the customers' vision and goals
- Knowledge of modern software languages (e.g., Python, Bash
Scripting, JavaScript, etc.)
- Knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet,
Salt, Terraform, Chef, etc.)
- Knowledge of Containers (e.g., Dockers, Kubernetes)Preferred
Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with automated testing
- Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Knowledge of Security Development Operations (SecDevOps) on
iterative development projects
- Knowledge of web applications and frameworks (e.g., Ruby,
Rails, Django, etc.)
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code
- Knowledge of Agile development principlesPay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $147300 - $250400Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
