Justice Federal Credit Union has been designated as a Best Credit Union to Work For by American Banker, for a second year in a row!We are seeking knowledgeable, compassionate, Member-driven candidates with a high level of attention to detail for the position of Deposit Product Specialist.This role is the main point of contact to Members, non-Members, and Justice Federal employees during fulfillment of deceased account processing while providing exceptional service optimizing a high level of emotional presence (i.e., awareness and emotional intelligence) and financial acumen.Key Job Functions:Administers deceased, dormant, Power of Attorney (POA), revocable trust, and escheated accounts, responsible for regulatory processing and IRS reporting of these products.Executes timely and accurate processing of IRA applications and transactions; contributions, transfers, distributions, RMD disbursements, and member notices.Optimizes Member service and interpersonal communication skills to successfully identify Member needs and recommend solutions and provide courteous education in a clear and concise manner to Members with varying levels of financial expertise while adhering to credit union regulations and procedures.Required Skills and Experience:One year to three years of similar or related experience.A two-year college degree, or completion of a specialized certification or licensing, or completion of specialized training courses conducted by vendors.
