Let---s make an impact together.Perspecta is an AA/EEO Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled and other protected categoriesResponsibilities:Responsibilities: - Applies technical knowledge to assist Customers in the design and development of solutions to complex technical engineering and applications problems, network challenges, or system administration issues - Establishes the basic structure of the system, defines essential core design features and elements that provide the system framework - Incorporates engineering strategies for introducing new technology into the Customer's infrastructure related to its business processes of collection, analysis, production, and dissemination. - Performs cost-benefit analyses to determine whether requirements are best met by manual, software, or hardware functions; making maximum use of commerical off-the-shelf or already developed components - Applies knowledge of enterprise IT or engineering needs to design improved processes, generate valid requirements, and ensures that these are consistent with the Customer's enterprise technical architecture.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications: - Engineering degree or Computer Science preferred - Systems Architecture experience - Agile and/or Waterfall development experience - Strong communication skills, both written and oral - Ability to work across diverse teams - Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment co-located with multiple contractor and customer teammates - Ability to create, sustain, and enhance fostering of team dynamics and collaboration - Strong customer service and teaming skills - TS/SCI with Poly required -- Possess at least two of the following: - Experience coordlanting across all offices within the customer space as it relates to policy, working groups, MOAs, etc. - Experience with participating in IC-level boards or coordinating requirements across technology external providers within the IC and DoD - Experience working across the IC to identify new capabilities or opportunities - Experience working with early technology I R&D investments to include prototypes and new technology investigations - SATCOMM or RF engineering - Software engineering - Information Technology (Infrastructure I Cloud, etc.) I Network Engineering Requires 8 to 10 years with BS/BA or 6 to 8 years with MS/MA or 3 to 5 years with PhD.
