UEOS is searching for a highly motivated and detail oriented Systems Engineering Intern to support the development of a new Radar system. Working closely with RF, Mechanical, Electrical, and Software Engineers, the System Engineering Intern will support the development of the Radar System from initial design, through finalization of the design, and finally through the integration and test events. At UEOS, the System Engineering Intern will have the opportunity to support the development and selection of key technologies for the Navy and will have the opportunity to work with complex software algorithms and cutting-edge digital signal processing hardware.
* Currently enrolled in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related engineering discipline
* Ability to obtain a security clearance. Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.
* Strong attention to detail and work ethic
* Working with Radar systems or similar signal processing systems
* Laboratory support including setup and use of Linux-based system integration, test, and execution.
* Experience with Matlab, Mathcad, or other Modeling Languages.
* Willingness to travel as needed; some travel may be required.
