DescriptionMajor Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for gathering, sorting and prioritizing materials to be filed.
• Responsible for adding new material to file records and creating new records as necessary.
• Responsible for eliminating outdated or unnecessary records, destroying or transferring them to inactive storage according to file maintenance guidelines and/or legal requirements.
• Responsible for locating and retrieving stored records in response to requests from authorized users. Perform other general office responsibilities as requested, including processing all outgoing mail and receiving and ensuring timely delivery and pickup of all incoming and outgoing deliveries.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Up to one year prior relevant experience preferred.
  • High degree of customer service required.
  • Intermediate computer skills required.

  • Appropriate email etiquette required at all times.
  • Appropriate telephone etiquette required at all times.
