As a vital member of Musictoday, the Client Services Account Assistant plays an essential role in supporting the Account Management team with the smooth operation and upkeep of our dynamic online stores. This exciting position revolves around maximizing revenue through innovative strategies aimed at increasing the webstore's conversion rate and average order value. Working closely with the Account Management Team, you'll have the opportunity to dive deep into the performance metrics of our online stores, help to implement data-driven enhancements, and contribute to the delightful shopping experiences for our music-loving customers. To excel as a Client Services Account Assistant at Musictoday you'll need a compelling mix of skills and a passion for music and entertainment. A BA/BS degree is required, or a combination of equivalent education and experience, to establish your foundation. A positive attitude and self-starter mentality will set you apart as you tackle projects with energy and enthusiasm. Strong analytical skills are essential for identifying opportunities to increase webstore performance, while organizational and time management prowess will enable you to effectively juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for frequent interactions with clients, vendors, and team members, ensuring a collaborative spirit throughout the organization. Attention to detail, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to prioritize tasks will contribute to your success in maximizing revenue and enhancing customer experiences in this thrilling role. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: BA/BS Degree required. May also consider an equivalent experience and education mix. Positive attitude. A passion for music & entertainment along with an understanding of those industries. Strong analytical skills. Self-starter. Strong project management skills. Great organizational and time management skills on a personal and team level are a must. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role as there is frequent interaction with clients, vendors and other functional areas of the business. Results oriented, great attention to detail and ability to prioritize. Solid understanding of online and direct marketing programs is a plus. An understanding of the eCommerce industry is a plus. A solid understanding of Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, data manipulation and formatting, VLOOKUPs, and other formulas Join us!
