Job Description:
Koniag Management Solutions is hiring a Business Analyst.This is
a direct, full time position with our company, working with our

more.Position OverviewThe Business Analyst will analyze business
processes, identify inefficiencies and design and improve business
processes while identifying and defining detailed product
requirements and use cases to ensure efficiency and quality
throughout the operation, as well as compliance to the customer's
standards. They will work in a 10 person, agile team supporting a
large, critical system for our government client. The ideal
candidate will be able to support the following functions:Actively
participate in problem solving, continuous improvement, and
demonstrate strong dedication to quality and communicationServe as
a liaison to the business community and participate in user and
task analysis to maintain the customer's perspective while
maintaining client relationships at peer level; demonstrate strong
communicating skills while interfacing frequently with the
clientSupport project visioning and requirements management on
Agile and traditional development projectsEngage business partners
to understand and capture business needs and requirementsFacilitate
collaboration across the team to ensure requirements are well
understoodDevelop and utilize standard practices for managing
requirementsFacilitate refinement and work breakdown activities
Engage business partners to support backlog prioritization based on
business value, dependencies, and level of effortProvide user
experience and design analysis support to ensure products that are
being developed meet the needs of end usersProvide data analysis
expertise in support of business priorities and objectives Required
Skills:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experienceAbility to work independently in a fast paced, constantly
changing environmentFamiliarity with Communication Plans and
Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM)Strong written and
communication skills and strong problem-solving skills to assess
process gaps and recommend best practice solutions Desired
skillsEffectively develop, refine and document as-is and
to-be.Perform analysis and act on the analysis to improve overall
quality of work products and processesAbility to maximize
efficiency by managing time against workloadFamiliarity with some
form of agile methodologies, preferably SAFe.Familiarity with
Microsoft products such as Excel, Word and Visio Working
Environment & Conditions:This position is primarily indoors,
consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of
mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand; walk;
sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or
controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The work load
may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time.The
incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and
withstand moderate amounts of stress.The incumbent must
occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision
abilities required by the job include close vision, distance
vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust
