The analyst will support a government team of resource analysts to help them build a new dashboard. -DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

• Have experience as a Tableau Dashboard Developer.
• Capable of developing a Tableau Dashboard for a complex project, working with multiple stakeholders to ensure their requirements are met.
• Work with large data sets and ensure data is displayed properly.
• Keep track of requirements and work closely with all team members to develop a dynamic dashboard.SKILL/JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Ability to analyze situations accurately, utilizing a variety of analytical techniques in order to make well informed decisions
  • Ability to communicate effectively using a variety of styles and techniques appropriate to the audience
  • Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to adapt quickly to emerging issues, priorities, and competing requirements
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeEducation
    • Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Business related disciple highly desiredExperience
      • Minimum 5-years relevant experience with a Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Business related discipline or Minimum of 9 -years' relevant experience with a High School diploma
      • Tableau certifications highly desired.Specialized Knowledge/Skills Requirements
